Hello!

On a new bunch of our boards with the LPC1111FHN33/101, I get:

Invalid LPC1111/101 Part ID: 0x2516D02B
Known LPC1111/101 ID(s): 0x041E502B, 0x2516902B
03: Failed on chip setup: Ec(01). Invalid, mismatched, or unknown part

I checked the chip on the board and it is correctly labeled as LPC1111F/101.

According to the user manual UM10398 Rev.8 page 43, valid part IDs for the LPC1111FHN/101 are 0x041E502B and 0x2516D02B. The /102 only has 0x041E502B.

The IDs 0x0416502B and 0x2516902B are for the LPC1111FHN/201.
So there seems to be a problem with LPCxpresso.

If so, is there a way (config file or something) to change the "known IDs" ?

For now, I changed the project setting to MCU type LPC1111/102. It works, but it "doesn't feel right"... Afaik the /101 and /102 parts differ only in existence of the power profiles.

Andreas

Thanks for the report.

I actually spotted this when I checked out the original report from a.stahl.  I can confirm that this is fixed for inclusion in releases after 4.2.3.

Hello

I have a similar problem but with a LPC1111FHN33/201 (chip label LPC1111F/201)

get the next error:
Invalid LPC1111/201 Part ID: 0x2516902B
Known LPC1111/201 ID(s): 0x0416502B, 0x2516D02B
03: Failed on chip setup: Ec(01). Invalid, mismatched, or unknown part

looking in the UM10398 I see that the Part ID ought to be: 0x0416 502B; 0x2516 902B

if I select the LPC1111F/202 (witch has the same Part ID: 0x2516902B) the chip will work

could you fix this one as well

Thanks,

Looks like you are correct - the numbers have got transposed at some point. We'll fix this in the next release (ie the release after 4.2.3 which we made earlier today).
