Errata 5666 - What is the actual current consumption in low power mode

I am currently reviewing the spec of the NXP MKL16Z64VFM4R. I came across errata 5666 which states " Maximum current consumption in VLPR, VLPW, VLPS, LLS and VLLS modes may be higher than data sheet specification."  Can anyone tell me by how much can the current consumption exceed the datasheet specification.

I have gotten clarification from my local distributor regarding this issue. Errata 5666 does not apply to my selected device.
