zigbee broadcast to end devices

Hi,

I am not very familiar with the zigbee setup for networks.

I have a zigbee Personal Area Network with a coordinator and two end devices. I need to broadcast a message from the coordinator to the end devices that are connected to its network, but I don't know what I need to do to make this happen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi AuAndrew,

To send a broadcast to all devices you must use the 0xFFFF broadcast address.

If is ofcause also important that the ZigBee end devices must ofcause polling fast enough to recieve the broadcast.

Where do I have to put 0xFFFF address? I tried replacing maDeviceShortAddress but it didn't work. When I have two devices, how does the coordinator decide which device will it send information to?
