Can anyone show me how I can find the full datasheet for the MCU from the tower TWR-K60N512 ? I just cannot find the information regarding pinout, registers peripheral configuration. Where do I find these things ?

I guess ( not sure !!! ) the MCU is MK60DN512VMD10 . The only datasheet I found is for K60P144M100SF2V2 . Are they the same ?

What about registers, peripheral configuration ? Where can I find this information ?

Freescale datasheet system is really confusing....

Thanks in advance,

Luiz

For the TWR-K60N512:

http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/ref_manual/TWR-K60N512-UM.pdf?fpsp=1

For the circuit diagrams you need to use the "Download" tab:

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=TWR-K60N512-IAR&fpsp=1&tab=Design_Too... (Printed Circuit Boards and Schematics)

The TWR-K60N512 is an old board and has an old Kinetis part on it (not recommended for new products and possible no longer manufactured).

Its data sheets and user manuals are at:
