Need help，MC3PHAC

I made a A/C motor drive board with MC3PHAC. The motor's rating is 220V/750W. Now the question is, when the motor runs at high speed(3000rpm/50Hz), everything is ok, but when it runs at 500rpm or slower, both the igbts and the motor become very hot. I don't know why? Can someone help me? Thanks!
