Hi,

The IMXRT1064 reference manual in Rev1 saying the FlexSPI Nor config parameters is located at offset 0x400. While in Rev2, there mentioned it is starting at offset 0x0.

Would like to know, since RM rev1 is published on year 2019, and if we have imxrt1064 mcu chip bought before year 2019, do we need to follow the offset address as 0x400?

also, we notice also imxrt1176 FCB offset address is 0x400, would like to understand why there is a change in imxrt1064, and why not make both consistent to same starting address?

Thank you

RT1064 FCB is at the offset 0, don't compare with the RT1170, not the same series chip.

Wish it helps you!

Best Regards,

Kerry
