Our SDK bluetooth stack is free to use, you can refer to :

SDK_2_11_0_MIMXRT1170-EVK\boards\evkmimxrt1170\edgefast_bluetooth_examples

For the other BLE stack which is not from NXP, you need to check with the related company.

If you are using RT with bluetooth, I suggest you use the SDK related code and stack.
