i.MXRT1170 memory map with type and cache policy

Hello,
I am looking for a memory map for the i.MXRT117x that includes memory type and default cache policy - something like what can be found (but for rt1050), in AN12042, Table 2. It looks like the reference manual does not contain this information.

Hi,

The AN you mentioned is also available in the RT1170 documentation, because the RT1170 includes a Cortex-M7 just as the RT1050. The AN should also be compatible with the RT1170 (with differences like SDK, etc). I’m afraid we don’t have a similar AN or guide exclusively for the RT1170.

I would also recommend you to take a look to the RT1170 Processor Reference Manual, Chapter 3 along with both of the ARM Cortex-M7 and M4 user guides.
