About the SRAM SEMC code, you can refer to the SDK SDRAM code:
SDK_2.8.0_EVK-MIMXRT1020\boards\evkmimxrt1020\driver_examples\semc\sdram
In this code, we already defined the SRAM structure, you can refer to the SDRAM and your SRAM chip to fill the related code, you also need to modify the related pin configuration by refering your own hardware connection.
SDK code can be downloaded from this link:
https://mcuxpresso.nxp.com/en/select
