Hi @scarletlee ,

  To the RT685, we just has the MIMXRT685-EVK schematic, although it is 176 pin, but you still can refer to it, as the 249 just has more module pins for your usage.

   Please refer to the MIMXRT685-EVK schematic + RT600HDUG to design the 249 pin package.
