RT1021: USB_VBUS_EVENT_HANDLER_EN fuse is blown at factory?

Hi,

It seems that the following fuse is blown during manufacture. I just want to confirm that this is expected:

Fuse Address: 0x6D0[6]
Fuses Name: USB_VBUS_EVENT_HANDLER_EN
Number of fuses: 1
Fuses Function: Rom handle USB VBUSattach/detach event
Setting: 0 - ROM not handle USB VBUS attach/detach event
             1 - ROM handle USB VBUS attach/detach event
Locked by: MISC_CONF_LOCK

Hi @rshipman 

   I checked my MIMXRT1020-EVK board, the default fuse map:

You can find, your mentioned 0x6d0[6]=1, so it is factory blown.
