MCU Boot Utility issue on Windows 7

Trying to get an iMXRT1062 working in ISP mode on Windows 7 and the  NXP MCU Boot Utility. Windows reports "Device Unknown" in Device Manager. And Boot Utility fails to detect it. Are there drivers I should be assigning for Win7?

   If you want to use the MCUBootUtility tool, you need to enter the serial download mode at first. 

  Do you use the MIMXRT1060-EVK board? If yes, please set the SW7:1-OFF,2-OFF,3-OFF,4-ON

  Power off and power on it again.

  BTW, do you check the PC device management? Can you find the board com port?

If yes, you can select that com port and connect.

You also can find another USB cable, and connect to the J9, it also can use the USB HID to connect it.
