Is it possible to upload a program to an MX RT chip through an Arduino?

I'm new to the MCU world. I'm planning to buy an MX RT1011 but I don't know how to load a program onto it. Can I connect it to an Arduino and load the program through the correct pins? If so, is there a guide available?
