GPIO_B0_04 is a 100kΩ pull-down input pin while MIMXRT1062 reset input POR_B = "L".

Furthermore, even after reset release, the default setting is an input pin with a 100kohm pulldown.

Is an external pulldown resistor(e.g.10kohm) required to use the GPIO_B0_04 as an input pin with pulldown?

Since the internal pulldown is not changed from the RESET state (pulldown 100Kohm), could this internal resistor be effective?

Hi @Taka05 ,

Please note, the GPIO_B0_04 is the BOOT_CFG[0], so you can refer to the MIMXRT1060-EVK board
