we are using NXP IMXRT 1020 part and need to run IBIS signal integrity simulation. we have two questions :
1. we have download IBIS model for IMRT-1020 part but it is only available for 100LQFP package , would be possible to get model for 144LQFP package?
2. While browsing IBIS model we didnt see any sub-models to simulate SDRAM type of signals, would be possible to get a model of those pins as well? Or should we use submodel from existing model? we are running system @ 3V3 DC
