What is the maximum memory size of external SDRAM that RT1170 can use ?

Dose this document mean that maximum size of external sdram is 4 Mbit (1024 * 4 Mbit)?

It seems that MIMXRT1170-EVKB has 256 Mbit * 2 SDRAMs(W9825G6KH-5I).

It can be used only 4Mbit ?

And, what is the difference between "MIMXRT1170-EVKB" and "MIMXRT1170-EVK" ?

SDRAM mapping has space for up to 1024Mb per CS. So you can connect up to 4 SDRAM with a maximum of 1024Mb each one. 
EVK uses two 256Mb SDRAM in one CS, combined they are 512Mb which is lower than the maximum supported of 1024Mb per CS.

There are some differences in components, I suggest you check the schematics on the board to check them in detail.
