Sharing my solution to a big problem.

Problem: I could not connect to my RT1160 anymore with MCUXpresso to flash/debug my software.

Eventually I stumbled across my own solution.

NXP might be able to explain why this worked

I looked at the SW1 switch - I changed the setting to 0 0 0 1

Then I tried the debug - flash - this worked! CMSIS-DAP link OK

Then I put the setting back to SW1 switch - to 0 0 1 0

Then I tried the debug - flash - this worked!

You also can perform a Mass erase for this issue.

Mass erase does NOT work, I spent 5 hours looking for a solution and this person's feedback worked even for RT1060 dev board. NXP's documentation or lack of has been extremely disappointing.
