video live streaming with IMX6ULL

We have a project based on the camera. The camera module will provide its output as CVBS(Composite Video) and a decoder IC is used to convert the analog signal to parallel.
We need to live streaming the captured video to any local WiFi device.

Our concept is below,

• Processor: i.MX6ULL.
• Decoder: TVP5150AM1.
• WiFi : ISM43362-B81.

Queries:

• Is it possible to interface the processor i.MX6ULL with decoder TVP5150AM1?
• Can we compress the image with I.MX6ULL and is it possible to live streaming the captured video to local WiFi device?

From the following link, there is no specific interface for connecting decoder

i.MX 6UltraLite Applications Processor|NXP
