project MIMXRT1060-EVK migration to MIMXRT1170-EVK

https://github.com/Azure-Samples/iot-middleware-freertos-samples sample code given for MIMXRT1060-EVK board.  Need to migration this project in MIMXRT1170-EVK.

basic requirement is, We need to connect azure IoT Hub using azure SDK on free-RTOS, there is example available for MIMXRT1170-EVK to connect with azure is on Thread-X, while we required for freeRTOS.

  For the porting, normally, change the startup files, driver files, FCB files, then the app add the new board's headfile is OK. for the new RT1170 related files, you can find it from the SDK:
