is there a document witch describes how to enable the hw-watchdog during u-boot for imx8m series?

one can look at wdog initialization in

imx8mq_evk.c\imx8mq_evk\freescale\board - uboot-imx - i.MX U-Boot 

and use Porting Guide in Linux L4.14.98_2.0.0 Documentation

I finally ended up using the imx-watchdog according to this readmefile -> u-boot/README.watchdog at master · siemens/u-boot · GitHub
