imx8 Quad Max MEK The USB-C port does not work

Hello friends.
I have a problem with the imx8 Quad Max MEK. I can't use the USB-C port. The problem is than Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04 don't find it. It does not even exist as an unknown device. I trying use UUU for Android demo image. 

Any idea what the problem is?

Could you try using a different cable and also a different USB port on your host side?

seems like the USB isn't being powered correctly.

You see any damage to the power supply cable?

Or to the Power input DIN connector (j9)?

Were you able to boot with the pre-built NXP Linux binary demo image of your kit?

- The cable of power supply is doesn't any damage.
-Any cable is damage
-The conector is perfect
- I did can't boot the pre-built NXP Linux binary demo image
