iMX6UL & PF3000: how to generate the DDR3L VTT for adress termination

we use an imx6ul with one DDR3L chip and the PF3000 PMIC. We want to terminate the adressbus but how to generate the 0.675V VTT voltage? Has anyone done a termination in a similar setup?

one can use discrete power components or look at solution

used on i.MX6Q sch-27016 demo sch. For obtaining schematic one

can create service request.  Support|NXP
