i.mx6ull low ethernet and flexcan performance

Our i.mx6ull board has a poor ethernet and flexcan performance compared to the i.mx6 solo with also one core and the same core frequency.

We are using yocto branch rocko with the mainline Kernel 4.14.87 and the preempr-rt patch.

My question, has the i.mx6ul and the i.mx6ull a lower ethernet (fec) and flexcan performance than the i.mx6 solo ?

Are there any specific things (shared busses) which can explain the lower performance ?

Please note that i.MX6S has 1Gbit/s Ethernet and i.MX6ULL has 100Mbit/s.
