i.mx6 do not boot if UART1 is plugged

I am using i.MX6DL. I am using UART1 port for GPS connection. I face a problem as cited, when i connect GPS to this port and start our device i.mx6 do not boot. if i connect the gps after i.mx booted everything works fine. ı checked configuration pins, i think they are correct, internal boot and boot from eMMC is set well. How can set i.mx6 in order not to look UART1 port?

uart1 is not used by i.MX6DL boot ROM, reason may be leakage from uart to

unpowered processor which violates power up sequence described in sect.4.2.1

Power-Up Sequence i.MX6SDL Datasheet:

NOTE
Ensure that there is no back voltage (leakage) from any supply on the board
