Any of the ARM processors can be overclocked to take advantage of your particular use case. However, the i.MX25 CPU spec is 400MHz.
On page 1 of the datasheet:
At the core of the i.MX25 is Freescale's fast,proven, power-efficient implementation of the
ARM926EJ-S core, with speeds of up to 400 MHz.

It's seems that is possible to clock the core @532Mhz, but this ARM core only support 400MHz, it could work, .....or not
