i.MX6UL ADC: VrefH input current

Hi!

We are designing an application with the i.MX6UL's internal ADC in use. An external shut voltage reference is connected to the SoC's VrefH input.

However, the datasheet of the i.MX6UL does not specify the input current on pin VrefH. Thus, I cannot calculate an appropriate bias current for the shunt reference. Is this value known?

The ADC_VREFH pin behaves as a regular FET gate input, so, its leakage current is negligible.
