i.MX6 Battery status

Hi Experts,

This is our Host Board - SABRE for Smart Devices Reference Design|Freescale

we are facing problems in battery status, its not even(ascending/descending while charging/discharging). the batt % varies  +/- 5% and sometimes +/- 20%. what may be the reason?.

battery spec - Li-pol 4700 mAh.. and its connected to Battery 1 and GND pin of CON 3, battery 2 left as free.

What software/BSP runs on your board? The reason of the question is that not all of the BSPs by Freescale for i.MX6 SABRE SD board support the battery sensing feature.
