i.MX 8M DDR Controller

Hi,

I am trying to find out the maximum RAM (DDR3L) that can be interfaced with the i.MX 8M Quad processor. Moreover i also want to know how many chip selects does it support. I have searched for it online but could not find anything other than the factsheet which has no information regarding my issue. Please provide me with some useful link or reading material which can answer my query. Thank you!
