about encoding and decoding on imx8qmmek

      It is planned to test the vpu hardware encoding and decoding on imx8qmmek, encodes the yuv file into H.264 stream, and transmits it to the decoding terminal through udp for decoding and storage.

      Are there relevant supporting documentation and routines?

There is a linux user guide document installed on your yocto documentation that have a section with VPU encoder / decoder routines you must take a look.
