Yocto hardknott 15.10.72-2.2.2 imx8m-lpddr4-evk build error using Ubuntu 18.04

Hi everyone,

I am trying to build Yocto Hardknott 15.10.72-2.2.2 on imx8m-lpddr-evk board using Ubuntu 18.04 host machine. I followed the "i.MX_Yocto_Project_User's_Guide.pdf" documentation as is and did not change anything. However, after multiple attempts, I keep on receiver error with exit code 1.

Can anyone tell me what seems to be the problem?

I tried clearing everything (builds, caches, and etc.) to re-build a fresh image but then, same error occurs every time.

I use these lines of code as well for set-up:

$ repo init -u https://source.codeaurora.org/external/imx/imx-manifest  -b imx-linux-hardknott -m imx-5.10.72-2.2.2.xml

$: MACHINE=imx8mp-lpddr4-evk DISTRO=fsl-imx-xwayland source ./imx-setup-release.sh -b build-xwayland

Everything works fine until the "bitbake imx-image-full" command.

Have you installed those host packages as required for Yocto Project build? 

Can you share the error log?
