Wichi defconfig i.Max6Q use?imx_v6_v7_defconfig can not work

I'm use i.Max6Q, the Kernel source is downloaded form here(http://git.freescale.com/git/cgit.cgi/imx/linux-imx.git/?h=imx_4.1.15_2.0.0_ga).

make imx_v6_v7_defconfig

make

But it telsl me

Yes, imx_v7_defconfig supports all mx6 SoCs.
