Where is the latest Mfg-tool for MX6ULL EVK?

Hello,

While attempting to use L4.1.15_2.0.0-ga_mfg-tools, I am getting the following error during serial download efforts with the mx6ull evk...

    Can’t find PMIC:PFUZE100

    initcall sequence bff96f18 failed at call 87803a3c (err=-1)

    ### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ####

There is a support question here that had a similar problem here... https://community.nxp.com/message/933324  

...and... a patch to Mfg tools was mentioned. How do we acquire this patch?
