For imx8M, we are working on the formal released version. 2 or 3 weeks needed. we only have internal version now, for imx8X and imx8, you can refer to the document as below:

We use USB Certification TEST with i.MX8M , but not have information to set USB PHY register such as J_STATE,K_STATE and TEST_FORCE_ENABLE ,etc. Please provide the guidance information for USB certification test with i.MX8M , the above link was unauthorized for me.
