Gary has given the reply to you. Here you can refer to our i.mx6 reference board design in our community. You can refer to the board design in our website i.MX6Q|i.MX 6Quad Processors|Quad Core|NXP . There are 32M nor falsh and 4M nor flash in our reference design.
