We are investigating methods for fastest transition to RUN from STOP for A7 core (Linux).
- If an external 24MHz clock is used instead of the XTAL, will it speed up our wake time by avoiding the requirement for xtal lock (XTALOSC_CTRL_24 register has bits for CLKGATE_DELAY and XTALOSC_PWRUP_DELAY—could we use the fastest selections)?
- If we instead leave the 24MHz xtal running, what would be the expected power impact?
