SDMA Firmware reloaded in resume

Hello All,

In which cases, SDMA firmware needs to be reloaded ? In Linux SDMA driver, https://source.codeaurora.org/external/imx/linux-imx/tree/drivers/dma/imx-sdma.c?h=imx_4.14.98_2.3.0... , the firmware is reloaded again in system resume. Also, while system suspend, will SDMA be power gated in Linux ? If so, How can i prevent that ?
