Replacing ANDROID OS by Ubuntu in imx53smd SABRE Tablet

I have MCimx53smd SABRE TABLET preinstalled with ANDROID OS . I have to replace this OS with ubuntu.
Please help me in replacing it. I have been trying this from the last two days, downloaded linux BSP but stuck somewhere.
