Reference design data of 10 mm x 10 mm, 0.5 mm pitch BGA package in i.MX7ULP

Hi all,

Our customer plan to use i.MX7ULP of 10 mm x 10 mm 0.5 mm pitch BGA Package.

I found following kit and checked the design files.

i.MX 7ULP Evaluation Kit | NXP 

I guess that the device which is used on the kit is 14 mm x 14 mm 0.5 mm pitch BGA package.

Is there any design files for 10 mm x 10 mm 0.5 mm pitch BGA Package ?

Hello Ko-hey,

That’s correct, the i.MX7ULP is populated with the MAPBGA 14X14 0.5mm package.

There is not a publicly available reference design with the MAPBGA 10X10 0.5mm package but there is a i.MX7ULP1 10x10 Validation schematic that may be of help, but I would need to ask you to please open a Case asking for this schematic (an NDA may be needed to access it).
