Question about I.Mx6DL Spec sheet

Hi, All

I have a question about I.Mx6 DL Spec sheet of "Table 100" (Below linked spec sheet)

What is meaning about  "Value" of Table100 ?

I think it seems like initial state of pins but i wondering about "PU 100K or PD 100K". Is it internal PU or PD?
