No, you need to have your own driver for accessing it, or of you have the sensor ov5640 you can refer to ov5640.c and eliminate the initialization.

now i approached my sensor,refer to ov5640.c to modify the driver.
The sensor interface of mine is CMOS.Now the image is black, nothing
