Need to identify Flash chip on SoM TQMA1176L

Hello,

I am working on Embedded Starterkit STKa117xL, Evaluation kit based on TQMa117xL by TQ Systems.

My query is that I am unable to identify NOR Flash chip ID embedded on the SoM module.

Can someone help me out here?

SoM ID: TQMA1176L

The flash chip markings identify it as Micron Technology chip “MT”

Flash chip Marking: ORA15 RW168 MT 8NN1

I have checked documentation for SoM as well as starter kit. There is no mention of flash chip. Only size is mentioned which is 64MB.

Chip IDs are mentioned for SRAM and EEPROM. But not for NOR Flash. I am attaching SoM UM for reference. Page (20-21)

Can someone help me out here?
