Need a help to generate imximage.cfg for MT41K128M16JT-125 DDR on i.mx6ul

Hi,

I want to generate imximage.cfg configuration file for new DDR ram support MT41K128M16JT-125 on i.MX6ul. I have tried on NXP site and google for it but didn't find any way to generate imximage for new DDR ram.

Please help me to generate new imximage.cfg file for i.mx6ul.

Hi Igor,

I have tried to generate new ddr configuration using "I.MX6UL_DDR3_Script_Aid_V0.02.xlsx" and provide its generated "RealView .inc" configuration file in DDR_Tester_V2.52.exe  script for calibration and strace testing but I am facing an error "ERROR: DCD addr is out of valid range."

Can you please help me to  resolve this error ?

Please find attached generate aid file for "MT41K128M16JT-125" DDR3L. Please review this and share your feedback.
