NVCC_PLL capacitor - Ceramic or Acyrlic?

On the iMX6 there is the NVCC_PLL pad. Would the internal PLL LDO and internal systems benefit from a cap such as the Cornell FCA?  https://www.cde.com/resources/catalogs/FCA.pdf
