Mscale DDR Tool with 8GB?

Hi there,

I'm using your latest Mscale DDR Tool (version 3.20) for RAM calibration. I have a setup with i.MX 8M Plus CPU and 8GB LPDDR4 RAM (which are supported according to the CPUs datasheet).

However, even the latest Mscale DDR Tool only supports RAM density up to 6GB. Why is that? When can we expect an updated tool which supports 8GB?

Calibration (and code generation afterwards) works fine but the stress test function does not.

Is there a preliminary tool version with more supported RAM density available?
