Memory access of I.MX6q

1.Do user can access the secure  RAM(internal) memory ?

2. which area of ROM can user access?

3.How to flash the user developed firmware in the internal ROM?

4.As a part of secure boot how user can flash public key in the internal ROM? is it the location is OTP?

5.Any tool is required for the above? if yes please share the details?
