Hi yin kai,

Maybe the connection of usb cable is not very stable, and you can change another.

Pls make sure you choose the correct mfgtools script for IMX6DL first.

All the best

Hi yin kai,

Here I can not know which version BSP are you using, so I just guess the failed downloading maybe caused by the non-matched version mfgtool. It means the Mfgtools-Rel-4.1.0_130816_MX6DL_UPDATER version mfgtool can not work for your BSP. Here recommend you to download the bsp, demo images and documents from our webstie. The llink is i.MX 6 Series Software and Development Tool|NXP . Hope this can help you. Any questions you can contact me easily.
Have a great day,
Dan
