MCIMX6ULL LCD touch calibration not preserved

I am using iMX6ULL EVK with LCD8000-43T which is a compatible LCD provided with the EVK. 

On boot up, the LCD asks for touch calibration. Once this calibration is done and reboot the kit, the calibration is again asked for. Does the BSP not allow preserving the LCD touch calibration once it is done?

Are you using the linux BSP ? About the BSP Supported Features you can see the i.MX_Linux_Release_Notes.pdf.

Yes, I am using Linux BSP. I could not find anything specific to LCD calibration support in i.MX_Linux_Release_Notes.pdf.
