I currently am evaluating an iMXRT1062 processor and am now looking at finding a processor with the close to the same I/O and memory characteristics but also supporting MMU. Perhaps someone can advise on this.
iMXRT1062 is MCU and doesn't have MMU, you can refer to the i.mx series which have MMU, but besides of MMU, do you have any other demands? you also can refer to this for more detailed information
