Is there an only serial no or uuid of i.mx5x processor??

 

Or is there any idea to keep a fixed serial no or uuid for my freescale i.mx53 device??

Seemingly, there is no way to read correct serial no#. :(

there is only serial no in /proc/cpuinfo.

 

But on my board I saw "000000", what about your board?

may be cat /proc/cpuinfo will suit your needs?
