Is the SCM-i.MX6 available in industrial temperature grade?

Hi,

according to the website of the SCM-i.MX6 single-chip system module it should be available in industrial temperature grade (-40 to +105°C):

Single Chip Module-i.MX 6D|NXP

However the datasheet section only contains information for the commercial version of the module (0 to 85°C). Is this module now available in industrial grade, or will it be in the future?

  Preliminary information :
SCM-i.MX 6Dual and SCM-i.MX 6 Quad industrial devices are sampling.

Production in 3Q 2016.
